Terms of Service

We apply AI enhancement to photos you supply and return enhanced versions. Output quality depends on the input; we do not guarantee a specific result for a specific photo.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the enhanced images we return. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload.

Enhanced images are yours to use commercially, including in listings and on portals such as Carlist, Mudah and iCarsuite.

Enhancement adjusts lighting, colour and surroundings. It must not be used to conceal damage, alter mileage or plates in a misleading way, or otherwise misrepresent a vehicle's condition. Misrepresenting a vehicle may breach consumer protection law, and accounts used this way may be suspended.

Credits are prepaid and do not expire. One credit is consumed per enhancement produced. Credits are consumed when an image is generated, including when you request a redo.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on generated images are not refundable.

Do not upload unlawful content, content you do not have rights to, or content depicting people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
